John Oscar Love.
Our grandmother,
Amanda Louisa Fonville, wife of John O. Love,
was born in Dillon, Mo., not far from Macedonia.
On our quest to locate tombstones of "Love" and "Fonville" family members.

Pleasant L. Love (that's Pleasant Levator Love) was a brother of Alfred Robert Love. Alfred Robert Love was the father of John Oscar Love John Oscar Love was the father of my mother, Juanita.

Does anyone know who Margaret E. White is (was)? Her tombstone is in the "Love" plot, behind that of Pleasant L. and Amanda A. Love.

Driving back (west) on Rd 2110 from the Macedonia Baptist Cemetery (in Macedonia), when you get to the main road, you will see all of these signs. You can see that Rd 2110 is just south of the Maries County Line. If you turn left onto this main road, you will go south into Rolla (about 5 or 6 miles away). If you turn right you will head north towards Belle.
