The house on Main Street in Belle, Missouri, where Edna (Wilson) Thoms lived with Al Green, who she married after the death of George Thoms (who died in 1952).

Looking down the street towards the house that once belonged to John & Amanda (Fonville) Love in Belle, Missouri. John & Amanda (Fonville) Love were my mother's parents. |

The front of the house that once belonged to John & Amanda (Fonville) Love in Belle, Missouri. John & Amanda (Fonville) Love were my mother's parents. This is where my mother [Juanita Mae (Love) Thoms] and I lived with her parents, from just a few months after my birth (in late 1950 or early 1951) until May 1955 (when I was 4-1/2 years old).

The side of the house. You can see that it's no longer brick (as it now has metal siding on it). Also the back porch & garden are gone. The entire yard is surrounded by a chain-link fence too. |
